    Minimum 3 cents (~1,300 sq ft) of clear land, ideally within 1 km of a State or National Highway. Corner plots, restaurant/hotel frontages, and fuel-station-adjacent sites are ideal. Roadside visibility and easy in/out matter more than plot size beyond 3 cents.
    Nothing. PixellEnergy funds and builds the entire station — civil, electrical, chargers and software. You provide the land under a long-term lease and receive 15% of the gross customer revenue every month.
    It is 15% of the total revenue collected from EV drivers at your site, before electricity cost is deducted. At an assumed 10 cars a day × 30 kWh × ₹22, that is ~₹29,700/month — settled monthly with a transparent dashboard you can log in to any time.
    Typically 9–15 years, structured as a lease-cum-revenue-share agreement. You retain full ownership of the land at all times; PixellEnergy owns the equipment and hands the site back cleared at end of term.
    You still receive 15% of whatever revenue is generated, with a guaranteed monthly minimum spelled out in the LOI. We only propose sites we are confident will hit the numbers.
